About Me, I’m Célia
Welcome to the 10-Day Joy Journal! I’m so excited to share this journey with you. I started this joy journal because I realized how important it is to focus on the good things in life.
Each day, I write down three things that bring me happiness, no matter how big or small. It could be the sunshine on my face, a good cup of coffee, or a hug from a friend.
I found that by focusing on these positive moments, my overall mood improved, and I felt more grateful for the blessings in my life.
